New Life Trails Visits Hospice Patient, Logan Blakey

  • by

When Logan Blakey, 10 years old, became too sick to make his “Make A Wish” visit to San Diego Zoo, His family contacted New Life Trails and asked us to bring animals to see him. He was visited by Shadow the rabbit, Speck the chicken, Isaac the sheep, Mocha the lamb, and a one day old lamb that Logan named Skittles. Logan asked his family to build a red barn for the animals. A week later, Logan went to his forever home and the family made New Life Trails the recipient of memorial donations in Logan’s honor to help build his red barn. As of today $1500.00 has been raised of the $4500.00 needed has been contributed.
